Your work will help create a professional first impression for all new employees.
The selected candidate will also improve the employee onboarding journey by reviewing current processes and introducing better systems that save time and improve employee satisfaction. You will work closely with business leaders to assign buddies or mentors for new joiners so they feel welcomed from day one.
Another important part of the role is managing induction and orientation programs for new employees. This includes preparing presentations, planning sessions, introducing company culture, explaining policies, and helping new staff understand their roles clearly.
You may also support executive-level onboarding by arranging travel, visas, accommodation, and joining logistics for senior hires. Strong coordination and planning skills are important in this position.

Salary

Requirements
- 5+ years of onboarding or HR operations experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Good knowledge of Saudi labour law and HR policies
- Experience in telecom or large corporate sector preferred
