In this role, you will be directly involved in managing drilling or workover activities at well sites. Salary
- Estimated Salary: SAR 18,000 – SAR 28,000 per month

Requirements
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
Experience:
- Strong background in oil and gas field operations
- Minimum 9 years of experience in drilling or workover operations
Skills:
- Ability to work in remote and challenging environments
- Knowledge of safety standards and drilling procedures
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with confidence
- Good communication and reporting skills
