Salary
The salary for this role typically falls within a competitive range aligned with senior-level positions in Dubai’s technology and analytics space.
- Estimated monthly salary: AED 28,000 – AED 45,000
- Annual equivalent: AED 336,000 – AED 540,000
Final compensation depends on experience, technical depth, and leadership exposure. Candidates with strong backgrounds in machine learning applications, automation strategy, and cross-functional delivery may be positioned toward the higher end of the range.
In addition to base pay, performance-based bonuses and long-term incentives may also be offered, reflecting both individual contribution and company growth.

Requirements
Must-have qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in analytics, automation, or machine learning program management
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
- Solid understanding of machine learning concepts such as classification, regression, and evaluation metrics
- Strong Python skills with hands-on experience using libraries like pandas and NumPy
- Experience with at least one ML framework (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, or XGBoost)
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Experience working with CRM or support platforms such as Zendesk or Salesforce
- Advanced data analysis skills using SQL and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
Good to have:
- Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools (Airflow, MLflow, etc.)
- Exposure to large-scale data tools like Spark or Hive
- Interest in solving operational problems in customer-facing environments
- A portfolio or GitHub profile demonstrating practical work
- Understanding of model deployment and monitoring
