Requirements
- Experience in end-to-end hiring process
- Good communication and people skills
- Around 4+ years recruitment experience
- Knowledge of hiring platforms and sourcing methods
- Strong relationship-building ability
- Ability to manage multiple roles together
- Understanding of UAE / MENA hiring market is a plus
- Comfortable using modern recruitment tools
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
