As part of the middle office team, your main duty will be to monitor treasury trading activities and ensure everything follows internal policy and regulatory standards. You will regularly review key indicators such as Net Open Position (NOP), trading exposure, off-market transactions, and limit usage. If any issue appears, you will help guide corrective actions quickly and professionally.
You will also work closely with Front Office, Risk, Compliance, Treasury, Finance, and senior management teams. Strong communication skills and professional confidence are important in this role.
This position also focuses on management reporting and MIS dashboards. You will help improve reports, automated monitoring tools, and early warning systems that help management identify risks before they become serious problems.
Daily responsibilities may include:
- Investigate breaches, exceptions, or unusual activities
- Review NOP and trading limits daily
- Monitor treasury and FX activities with strong risk control
- Approve risk dashboards and management reports
- Validate control procedures and governance standards
- Support treasury system enhancements and process upgrades
- Assist in regulatory compliance reporting
- Coordinate with stakeholders and senior leaders
- Review remediation plans for any excess exposure
- Strengthen middle office dual-control checking process

Salary
Expected monthly salary for this role may range between:
IDR 18,000,000 – IDR 35,000,000 per month

Requirements
