Job Description
At Bharti Airtel Foundation, education is not just a responsibility—it’s a long-term promise to communities that deserve better opportunities. This role sits at the heart of that promise. As a Trainer – QSP & SBS, you will work closely with teachers, school leaders, and local education teams to strengthen the quality of learning in classrooms across rural and semi-urban areas.
Your work will begin with understanding what teachers truly need. Every district, every school, and every classroom is different. You will assess gaps by listening carefully—to feedback from coordinators, school heads, and teachers themselves. From there, you’ll design practical training plans that actually help teachers improve how they teach, manage classrooms, and support students.
Training sessions will be a key part of your role, but this is not about standing in front of a room and delivering lectures. It’s about creating conversations, building confidence, and helping educators feel supported. Whether it’s subject-specific guidance, leadership training for school heads, or orientation for new teachers, your sessions should feel relevant and engaging.
You will also spend time visiting schools, observing classes, and offering on-the-spot guidance. These visits are where real change happens—when teachers feel someone understands their challenges and works alongside them to improve.
Tracking progress is equally important. You will analyze the impact of training programs, identify what’s working, and refine approaches where needed. Maintaining records, documenting outcomes, and sharing insights with the broader team will ensure that improvements are consistent and scalable.
This role is ideal for someone who believes education can change lives and is willing to work at the ground level to make that change real. It requires patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with people from different backgrounds. Here, your work will not just be measured in reports, but in the confidence of teachers and the growth of students.

About the Company
Bharti Airtel Foundation was created with a clear belief—that education has the power to change not just individual lives, but entire communities. Since its beginning in 2000, the Foundation has focused on reaching children in rural India who often do not have access to quality learning. The goal has never been limited to providing schooling; it has always been about building confidence, curiosity, and a sense of possibility in every child.
What makes the Foundation’s work meaningful is its connection to the ground. It works closely with government schools, teachers, and local communities, understanding their realities and supporting them in practical ways. From improving teaching methods to strengthening school leadership, the effort is always centered around making classrooms more engaging and effective.
At its heart, the Foundation believes that teachers are the key to lasting change. By investing in their growth, guiding them, and standing beside them, it helps create an environment where students can truly thrive.
Working here means being part of something that goes beyond daily tasks. It’s about contributing to a larger purpose—helping shape futures, one classroom at a time.
