Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), part of the respected Tata Group, is looking for a passionate Junior Sous Chef to join the culinary team at Taj Lands End Mumbai. As a Junior Sous Chef, you will support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations. You will also help supervise kitchen staff, guide junior team members, and ensure that hygiene and safety standards are followed at all times.

Working closely with other kitchen staff will be important to maintain smooth coordination during busy service periods.

Salary
- Estimated ₹35,000 – ₹55,000 per month
