Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), part of the respected Tata Group, is looking for a passionate Junior Sous Chef to join the culinary team at Taj Lands End Mumbai. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a professional kitchen and takes pride in preparing high-quality food for guests.
As a Junior Sous Chef, you will support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations. Your main responsibilities will include preparing dishes according to the restaurant’s standards, maintaining food quality, and ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly during service hours. You will also help supervise kitchen staff, guide junior team members, and ensure that hygiene and safety standards are followed at all times.
The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will assist with menu preparation, food presentation, and ingredient management while ensuring consistency in taste and quality. Working closely with other kitchen staff will be important to maintain smooth coordination during busy service periods.

Salary
- Estimated ₹35,000 – ₹55,000 per month

Qualification
1. Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts
