Requirements
- Strong expertise in Go or similar backend language
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Deep understanding of APIs, architecture, and cloud systems
- Experience building scalable production systems
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication ability
