Requirements

  1. 10+ years experience in HR, Learning, Talent or Operations
  2. MBA / Postgraduate qualification preferred
  3. Experience in onboarding or L&D programs
  4. Strong leadership and people management skills
  5. Budget handling knowledge preferred
  6. Good communication and presentation skills
  7. Comfortable with dashboards, MIS, reporting tools
  8. Stakeholder management ability
  9. Professional and positive attitude
  10. Problem-solving mindset
