A major part of the position includes working with business leaders to understand skill gaps and future talent needs. Based on this, you will help create learning journeys for Analysts, Consultants, and future leaders. Your contribution will directly support workforce growth and business performance.

Requirements
- 10+ years experience in HR, Learning, Talent or Operations
- MBA / Postgraduate qualification preferred
- Experience in onboarding or L&D programs
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Budget handling knowledge preferred
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable with dashboards, MIS, reporting tools
- Stakeholder management ability
