- Estimated Monthly Salary: ₹2,50,000 – ₹4,50,000+

Requirements
- 3+ years team leadership experience
- 12+ years experience in operations, project management, or program management
- Experience in media, streaming, entertainment, or technology industry preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to solve complex challenges calmly
- Knowledge of launch operations, workflows, localisation, or production processes
- Data-driven decision making skills
- Strong leadership mindset
- Ability to work onsite in Mumbai
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
