
Job Description
This role sits at the center of how customers stay connected when they travel. As a Senior Manager in Product Marketing for Roaming and Premium Numbers, your work will shape how people experience connectivity beyond borders—simple, reliable, and worth the price they pay.
You will be responsible for growing roaming revenue while making sure the service feels smooth for customers. It’s not only about numbers; it’s about understanding what travelers expect when they switch networks in another country. You will look closely at usage patterns, customer behavior, and feedback to see what works and what needs to improve.
A big part of your role is building and refining roaming products. From pricing plans to bundled offers, you will design options that are easy to understand and genuinely useful. You will also guide campaigns that speak directly to customer needs—whether it’s frequent travelers, business users, or occasional tourists. These campaigns should feel personal, not generic.
You won’t be working alone. This role requires close coordination with teams across technology, finance, customer service, and partnerships. Together, you will make sure services run without interruptions and remain competitive in the market.
Customer experience is a key focus. You will monitor feedback, track complaints, and ensure improvements are made where needed. Every touchpoint—before, during, and after travel—should feel consistent and dependable.
You will also keep an eye on the market. Competitors, pricing trends, and changing customer expectations will help guide your decisions. Regular reporting and insights will support leadership in making informed choices.

Salary
- Annual range: AED 360,000 – AED 660,000
- Estimated monthly salary: AED 30,000 – AED 55,000

Requirements
Experience:
- Minimum 8+ years in telecom, especially in product marketing or related roles
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Telecom, or related field
Core Skills:
- Ability to manage revenue targets and track performance
- Strong understanding of telecom products, especially roaming services
- Good understanding of customer behavior and market trends
- Experience in pricing, product design, and campaign planning
- Ability to work with multiple teams and manage responsibilities effectively
- Strong communication and coordination skills
