In this role, you will work closely with business leaders across categories like revenue, sales, and operations to understand their evolving talent needs. You’ll guide hiring decisions, help leaders think through workforce planning, and bring clarity to whether talent should be developed internally or hired externally.

A big part of your responsibility will involve leading high-impact hiring for niche and leadership roles. You’ll go beyond traditional sourcing methods, tapping into communities, networks, and creative approaches to attract the right talent. At the same time, candidate experience will remain at the heart of everything you do—ensuring every interaction reflects the Myntra brand.

You’ll also take ownership of campus hiring and university partnerships, creating meaningful connections with young talent and building pipelines for the future. Representing Myntra at events and campuses, you’ll play a key role in strengthening its employer brand.

Internally, you’ll lead and mentor a team of recruiters, helping them grow while improving hiring processes and efficiency. From refining the recruitment funnel to leveraging data and technology, your focus will be on making hiring smarter, faster, and more inclusive.

Salary

  • ₹45 LPA – ₹75 LPA (depending on experience and performance)
  • Additional performance bonuses and stock components may be included

Requirements

  1. 12+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
  2. Minimum 5 years in a leadership or senior hiring role
  3. Proven ability to manage stakeholders and influence senior leaders
  4. Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and modern sourcing tools
  5. Strong experience in non-tech, sales, or GTM hiring
  6. Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  7. Strong understanding of hiring metrics and data-driven decision making
  8. Ability to manage and mentor recruitment teams
  9. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  10. Experience in campus hiring and university partnerships is a plus
