Job Description
Working as a Senior Executive – Corporate Catering & Outlet Operations at AirAsia (Santan) is not just about managing food services—it’s about creating experiences that people remember.
This role sits right in the middle of operations and customer experience. On one side, you’re planning and executing corporate catering events—meetings, conferences, and special occasions where everything needs to run smoothly. On the other side, you’re managing day-to-day outlet operations, making sure every customer who walks in gets the same quality and care.
Your work starts with understanding people. Corporate clients come with different expectations, and your role is to listen, understand, and deliver something that fits their needs. It’s not just about food—it’s about presentation, timing, and attention to detail.
At the same time, you’ll be leading a team. From training staff to guiding them during busy service hours, you’ll play a key role in shaping how the team performs. A good day in this role is when everything flows naturally—events run on time, customers are happy, and your team feels supported.
There’s also a business side to this job. You’ll keep an eye on sales, costs, and performance, making sure operations stay efficient while maintaining quality. You’ll work closely with the kitchen team to plan menus that are both creative and practical.
This role suits someone who enjoys being active, solving problems quickly, and working with people. It can be fast-paced and sometimes demanding, but it’s also rewarding—because you get to see the results of your work in real time.
If you enjoy hospitality, teamwork, and creating smooth experiences for others, this role offers a strong path forward.
