Job Description

This role is a great starting point for someone who wants to understand how the world of online retail works from the inside. As a UAE National Digital Merchandising Administration Assistant, you will become part of the team that ensures products are correctly presented, updated, and ready for customers across the platform.

Your day-to-day work will involve supporting the merchandising team with essential administrative tasks. This could include preparing purchase orders, maintaining product records, and updating information such as product descriptions, categories, and pricing. While these tasks may seem routine, they play a big role in ensuring that customers have a smooth and accurate shopping experience.

You’ll also be involved in coordinating product samples—making sure they are received, tracked, stored, and returned properly. This requires regular communication with internal teams like buying and creative, as well as external partners such as suppliers and couriers.

Another important part of the role is working with data. You’ll help enter and manage information across internal systems, run simple reports, and support the team in understanding how products and campaigns are performing. Over time, this will give you a clearer picture of how decisions are made in merchandising.

The role also gives you exposure to cross-functional collaboration. You’ll interact with different departments to support product launches, assist in meeting coordination, and ensure that tasks are followed through properly.

Salary

  1. AED 8,000 – AED 12,000 per month

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail, Merchandising, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  2. UAE National (Emirati) candidates only
  3. 0–2 years of experience (freshers, internships, or part-time roles welcome)
  4. Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  5. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  6. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  8. Willingness to learn new systems and tools
  9. Interest in retail, fashion, or e-commerce
  10. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
