You will analyze disputes in line with global card network rules like Visa and MasterCard, ensuring that timelines are strictly followed to avoid financial losses. On a daily basis, you’ll also act as a checker and approver—reviewing documents, validating rejected chargebacks, and ensuring all entries are correctly processed.
Another important part of your role is maintaining financial clarity. You’ll monitor reconciliation reports, track dispute balances, and contribute to monthly reporting. Your attention to detail will help the organization stay compliant and transparent.
Beyond daily operations, you will also collaborate with internal teams on projects, system testing, and complex dispute cases that may go into arbitration or regulatory review. This role gives you the chance to grow your analytical thinking while working in a fast-paced banking environment.

Salary
- Monthly Salary: MYR 6,000 – MYR 9,000
- Annual Package: MYR 72,000 – MYR 110,000
- Additional: Performance bonuses + allowances

Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3+ years experience in:
- Chargeback handling
- Dispute resolution
- Card operations
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools
- Knowledge of Visa & MasterCard dispute processes
- Good command of English (written & spoken)
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
