Job Description

This role is for someone who enjoys working closely with brands, understanding what drives sales, and building long-term business relationships. As a Key Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of sellers and helping them grow on the platform.

Your day will usually start with reviewing performance—checking how your assigned brands are doing, what products are selling well, and where there’s room to improve. You’ll look at numbers closely, but your real job is to turn those numbers into actions. That could mean adjusting pricing, planning promotions, or suggesting new product ranges.

You’ll also spend a good amount of time talking to sellers. Building strong relationships is a big part of this role. Some sellers might need help launching their stores, while others might need guidance on how to improve sales during campaigns. You’ll act as their go-to person, making sure they understand how to use the platform effectively.

At the same time, you’ll be working with internal teams like marketing, supply chain, and customer service. Coordination is key here. If a seller is planning a big promotion, you’ll make sure everything is aligned—from stock availability to campaign visibility.

Another important part of your role is identifying growth opportunities. You’ll keep an eye on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity. Based on that, you’ll suggest strategies that help sellers perform better.

This role also involves a consulting mindset. You’re not just managing accounts—you’re helping sellers make better business decisions. Whether it’s improving product listings, planning campaigns, or optimizing pricing, your input will directly impact their success.

Salary

  1. Estimated Salary: MYR 4,500 – 7,500 per month

Requirements

  1. 1–3 years of work experience (freshers with strong skills may also be considered)
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
  3. E-commerce experience is a plus but not mandatory
  4. Strong understanding of business and sales concepts
  5. Good stakeholder and relationship management skills
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  7. Strong communication and presentation skills
  8. Comfortable using Microsoft Excel
  9. Good planning and organizational skills
