Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in drilling operations
- Strong understanding of gas drilling and well operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Experience with drilling optimization and new technologies
- Ability to analyze data and solve complex technical problems
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Strong focus on safety and operational efficiency
