Your day will mainly revolve around the Customer Service Information Desk. You’ll be the go-to person for shoppers looking for directions, store details, or information about ongoing promotions and events. Whether it’s answering a quick question or assisting someone with a concern, your role is all about making people feel comfortable and valued.
You’ll also handle customer queries both in person and over the phone. Some situations may require patience, especially when dealing with complaints—but your calm approach and clear communication will make all the difference. Following the right process while still keeping a human touch is key here.
Another part of your role includes supporting mall programs like gift cards and ensuring all transactions are handled properly. You’ll also stay updated about store locations, facilities, and any upcoming activities so you can confidently assist visitors at any time.
You won’t be working alone—this role involves close coordination with your team leader and other departments to keep daily operations running smoothly. It’s a role where small actions—like giving the right direction or resolving a concern—can turn into memorable experiences for customers.
Salary
AED 4,000 – AED 7,000 per month (depending on experience and mall operations exposure)

Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer service (mall, retail, or hospitality preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of mall operations or retail environment is a plus
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally
