Job Description
Working as a Compliance Counsel at Saudi Aramco is more than just handling legal matters—it’s about being part of something much bigger. You’ll be contributing to a company that plays a key role in powering economies and supporting communities around the world.
In this role, you will be part of the Transactions, Sustainability & Reporting Compliance Department, where your work will focus on international trade and global compliance matters. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve guiding business teams through complex legal landscapes, ensuring that operations stay aligned with international laws and regulations.
You’ll be someone people turn to when they need clarity on export controls, economic sanctions, foreign investment regulations, and global trade requirements. Whether it’s advising on a new business opportunity, reviewing compliance risks, or helping design internal policies, your input will carry real weight.
A big part of your work will also involve collaboration. You’ll be working closely with different departments, leadership teams, and even external partners. Sometimes, you’ll guide teams through unfamiliar compliance challenges; other times, you’ll help build systems that prevent those challenges from happening in the first place.
You’ll also have the opportunity to support training programs, helping colleagues better understand international trade regulations in a practical and relatable way. Beyond that, you’ll stay updated on global legal changes and ensure that the company’s policies remain current and effective.
This role is ideal for someone who not only understands the law but also knows how to apply it in real business situations. If you enjoy solving complex problems, working across cultures, and being part of meaningful global operations, this position offers exactly that kind of environment.
