G.S. Leasing & Finance Private Limited (GS Finance) is looking for a motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead its operations in Gadarwara, Madhya Pradesh. This role is ideal for someone who understands the local market, enjoys working with people, and can balance both business growth and team management with confidence.
As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for driving new loan business while ensuring smooth day-to-day branch operations. You will lead a team that focuses on generating leads for Property Loans (LAP) and Personal Loans, often through field visits and local networking. At the same time, you’ll oversee collections, ensuring EMIs are paid on time and overdue accounts are handled carefully and professionally.
This role is not just about hitting targets—it’s about building relationships. You’ll interact with customers, resolve their concerns, and ensure they have a positive experience with the company. Your leadership will play a key role in keeping your team motivated, setting clear goals, and helping them achieve consistent results.
You’ll also be responsible for maintaining proper documentation, ensuring compliance, and tracking loan files through the approval process. Regular reporting is part of the role, where you’ll share updates on performance, collections, and overall branch health with senior management.

Salary
₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in team handling or branch management
- 4–6 years of experience in Banking or NBFC sector
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Strong knowledge of Property Loans (LAP) and Personal Loans
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Target-driven mindset with problem-solving ability
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
- Understanding of local market dynamics
