
Job Description
As a Client Relationship & Partnership Supervisor at FAS, you will play an important role in building and maintaining strong relationships with merchants who rely on the platform for their business growth. This role sits at the intersection of operations, partnerships, and performance, giving you a well-rounded exposure to how e-commerce and logistics come together.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage merchant partnerships—from onboarding new sellers to helping existing ones grow. You’ll guide merchants through processes, support them with training, and ensure they understand how to make the most of the platform. At the same time, you’ll monitor their performance closely, identifying areas where improvements can be made and working with them to achieve better results.
This role also requires close collaboration with internal teams such as supply chain, fulfillment, and marketplace operations. You’ll act as the bridge between merchants and these teams, ensuring that challenges are addressed quickly and operations run smoothly. Whether it’s resolving issues, improving delivery efficiency, or optimizing costs, your input will directly impact both merchant satisfaction and overall performance.
Another key part of the job is planning and executing initiatives that drive engagement. This could include promotional campaigns, incentive programs, or category-level improvements. You’ll also work with data—analyzing performance metrics, preparing reports, and using insights to guide decisions.

Salary
- IDR 12,000,000 – IDR 18,000,000 per month

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, merchant management, or operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Understanding of e-commerce, logistics, or marketplace operations
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Willingness to work flexible hours when required
