
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and responsible professional who can take ownership of project design coordination and ensure everything runs smoothly from planning to execution. In this role, you will be working closely with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and consultants to make sure every stage of the project follows the company’s standards and timeline.
Your main responsibility will be to implement and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to project design and development. You will help ensure that all processes are well-organized, properly documented, and aligned with the company’s project goals.
You will also coordinate with different departments and external partners involved in the project. Clear communication and teamwork are very important in this role, as you will help guide stakeholders so that everyone understands their responsibilities and works according to the project plan.
Monitoring project progress will be another key part of your work. This includes reviewing schedules, budgets, and overall project performance. If any issues arise, you will be expected to identify them early and suggest practical solutions to keep the project moving forward.
In addition, you will assist in reviewing technical drawings and design materials to ensure that the final visual and structural outcomes meet company standards and client expectations. Proper documentation of reports, schedules, and meeting discussions will also be handled by you to maintain transparency throughout the project.
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple aspects of construction and design projects.
Salary
Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
Estimated range: IDR 12,000,000 – IDR 18,000,000 per month.

Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
- Experience working on low-rise and high-rise building projects
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of interior building works and design coordination
- Proficiency in design and technical software such as CAD/DWG, Sketching tools, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders
- A proactive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility toward project delivery
- Leadership mindset with the ability to guide teams toward project goals
Location
Central Park Mall, West Jakarta, Indonesia
This is an on-site position, and the selected candidate will be expected to work closely with project teams and partners based in the Jakarta area.
