Job Description
Working as a Trainee Cabin Crew member with Air India is a blend of responsibility, care, and professionalism. From the moment passengers step onto the aircraft, you become their guide, support system, and first point of contact.
Before every flight, your day begins with a pre-flight briefing where you’ll understand your responsibilities, flight details, and safety protocols. You’ll carefully check safety equipment and ensure everything is in place for a smooth journey. As passengers board, you’ll greet them with a warm smile, help them find their seats, and assist with their luggage—small gestures that create a lasting impression.
Once the flight takes off, your role becomes even more important. You’ll perform safety demonstrations, ensure passengers follow guidelines, and stay alert to any situation that may arise. Whether it’s serving meals, responding to requests, or assisting someone who feels unwell, your focus will always be on making passengers feel safe and comfortable.
Cabin crew members are also trained to handle emergencies with calmness and confidence. From basic first aid to evacuation procedures, you’ll be prepared to act when it matters most.
Beyond service, you’ll maintain cleanliness in the cabin, restock essentials, and make important announcements. After landing, you’ll assist in a smooth and organized exit for passengers and complete necessary reports if required.
This role is not just about flying—it’s about responsibility, teamwork, and creating positive experiences at 35,000 feet.
