The Area Manager role at Sephora Malaysia is all about bringing consistency, energy, and strong leadership across multiple retail stores. You will also play a key role in improving customer experience. This means ensuring that stores are not only visually appealing but also provide a welcoming and engaging environment for every customer who walks in. Partnering with marketing teams, you’ll help bring campaigns and in-store events to life in a way that drives both engagement and sales.
Operational efficiency is another important aspect of the role. You’ll monitor store processes, ensure compliance with company standards, and look for ways to improve how things are done. Whether it’s optimizing staffing or refining workflows, your goal will be to make each store run smoothly and effectively.

Salary
- MYR 12,000 – MYR 18,000 per month
