Job Description
In this role, you will take ownership of managing public policy and government relations initiatives, helping the organization stay prepared for regulatory changes across corporate, data, technology, and food sectors. Your work will involve closely monitoring policy developments, understanding their impact, and guiding internal teams with clear and actionable insights.
You will play an important role in shaping how the company responds to new regulations. This includes developing well-thought-out positions on policy matters and supporting advocacy efforts that protect business interests while maintaining compliance. Your ability to simplify complex regulations into clear business actions will be key.
A major part of your day will involve collaboration. You will work with internal teams such as Legal, Compliance, Product, Technology, and Operations to ensure alignment. At the same time, you’ll build and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, regulators, and industry groups.
You will also be responsible for preparing updates and reports that help leadership make informed decisions. Whether it’s a new regulation or a potential risk, your insights will help the company respond quickly and effectively.
This role requires someone who is comfortable dealing with ambiguity, can handle sensitive matters with professionalism, and is confident in engaging with senior stakeholders. If you enjoy a mix of analysis, strategy, and relationship-building, you will find this role both challenging and meaningful.
Salary
- IDR 35,000,000 – 60,000,000 per month
- Performance bonuses may be included

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 6–7 years of experience in public policy, government relations, or regulatory affairs
- Experience working with regulators, government bodies, or industry associations
- Strong understanding of government processes and policy frameworks
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfort working across multiple teams and functions
- Ability to translate policy changes into business impact
- Ability to handle complex and sensitive issues with confidence
- High level of integrity and sound judgment
