Job Description

This role is for someone who understands procurement not just as a process, but as a business driver. As a General Category Sourcing Senior Manager, you’ll be handling end-to-end procurement operations while shaping how sourcing decisions are made across the region.

Your work will mainly focus on managing the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle. That includes everything from identifying vendors, negotiating contracts, issuing purchase orders, and ensuring payments are processed smoothly. You’ll be dealing with categories like HR services, outsourcing, and operational support—areas that directly impact how the business runs day to day.

A big part of your role will be vendor selection and management. You’ll evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing, and make sure the company gets the best value without compromising on quality. At the same time, you’ll keep a close eye on supplier performance and step in whenever improvements are needed.

You won’t be working alone. This role involves managing a regional procurement team across Indonesia, Singapore, and China. You’ll guide them, set priorities, and ensure everyone is aligned with the company’s procurement standards. It’s important to create a work environment where your team feels supported and motivated.

You’ll also work closely with finance, legal, and business teams. Whether it’s improving workflows, solving process gaps, or making procurement faster and more efficient, collaboration will be a daily part of your job.

Cost control will be another key focus. You’ll identify ways to reduce spending, avoid unnecessary costs, and manage risks within the supply chain. Along with that, you’ll help bring in better systems and tools to improve reporting and visibility.

Overall, this role is about balancing strategy with execution—thinking ahead while making sure daily operations run without issues.

Salary

  1. Estimated Salary: IDR 45,000,000 – 75,000,000 per month

Requirements

  1. 8–10 years of experience in procurement or sourcing
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field
  3. Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
  4. Experience managing multi-country operations (preferred)
  5. Hands-on experience with tools like SAP, Ariba, or Coupa
  6. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
  7. Experience handling both domestic and international procurement
  8. Ability to lead and manage teams
  9. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  10. Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Language skills:

  1. English (required)
  2. Bahasa Indonesia (preferred)
  3. Mandarin (added advantage)
