Job Description
Working with Saudi Aramco is not just another career move—it’s a chance to be part of something that powers economies and impacts millions of lives across the globe. As one of the most valuable and influential energy companies in the world, Aramco continues to expand its downstream and manufacturing footprint, and with that growth comes the need for experienced legal professionals who can guide complex decisions with clarity and confidence.
In this role, you will join the Global Manufacturing Law Department, where your work will sit at the intersection of corporate governance and commercial law. Day-to-day responsibilities will include advising on board governance matters, managing relationships between joint venture partners, and ensuring that legal frameworks are aligned with business goals.
You’ll play a key role in supporting Aramco’s downstream operations, working closely with internal teams on contracts related to operations, maintenance, procurement, and services. These are not routine agreements—many involve large-scale, high-value projects that demand attention to detail and a strong understanding of international business practices.
At times, you may also act as a corporate secretary for affiliated entities, organizing board meetings, preparing documentation, and ensuring that governance standards are upheld. Beyond that, your expertise will be valuable in reviewing internal policies, resolving disputes, and helping teams navigate legal risks effectively.
What makes this role truly engaging is the variety. One day you might be negotiating a complex service agreement, and the next you could be advising leadership on strategic governance matters. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment where your legal insight directly influences business outcomes, this opportunity offers both challenge and satisfaction.
