As a Sales Executive, your main role will be to connect with parents and learners who have already shown interest in PlanetSpark’s programs. You won’t need to do cold calling—every lead you speak with is already interested, which makes your conversations more meaningful and focused. Your job is to understand their needs, explain how PlanetSpark’s courses can help, and guide them toward making the right decision.
You’ll be conducting video counseling sessions, where your communication skills will truly shine. It’s not just about selling a course—it’s about building trust, answering questions honestly, and helping parents feel confident about investing in their child’s future. Every interaction matters, and your ability to listen and connect will play a big role in your success.
This role also involves managing the complete journey—from the first conversation to final enrollment. You’ll follow up with leads, handle objections calmly, and make sure the onboarding process is smooth. Along the way, you’ll keep track of your progress using CRM tools and aim to achieve your weekly and monthly targets.

Salary
₹32,000 – ₹45,000 per month + High Performance Incentives

- Basic understanding of sales or counseling (preferred but not mandatory)
