Reliance BP Mobility Limited is looking for a Manager – Sales & Operations who can take charge of petro-retail business activities in their assigned region. This role is not just about numbers—it’s about building strong relationships, spotting opportunities, and ensuring everything runs smoothly across retail outlets.
In this position, you’ll be responsible for managing both sales performance and day-to-day operations of fuel retail outlets. You will work closely with dealers and partners to ensure each location runs profitably under the Minimum Franchise Fee (MFF) model. Maintaining a high standard of customer service is key, as the company strongly believes in long-term customer relationships.
A big part of your role will involve fieldwork—visiting locations, understanding local markets, and identifying new business opportunities. You’ll also conduct surveys and evaluate potential sites for expanding the retail network. Keeping an eye on competitors and market trends will help you stay ahead and make smarter decisions.
Operational responsibility is equally important. From handling cash flow processes like collection and reconciliation to ensuring compliance with company SOPs, you’ll be the go-to person on the ground. Regular audits and clear communication with the head office team will be part of your routine.
This is a fast-paced, target-driven role, best suited for someone who enjoys challenges, is comfortable traveling frequently, and can confidently manage multiple responsibilities at once.
