Chalhoub Group is looking for an FP&A Analyst to join their Finance team in Dubai. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers and wants to understand how business decisions are made behind the scenes.
In this position, you will be closely involved in planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities. Your work will help the company understand its financial performance and make better decisions for future growth. You will also support financial modelling and analyze key business data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
On a day-to-day basis, you will work with different teams across the business, including operations and supply chain. You will help track costs, review financial results, and prepare reports for internal stakeholders. You may also assist in monthly closing activities such as reconciliations and accruals.

Requirements
To apply for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Background in retail, FMCG, or product-based industries is preferred
- 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or operations finance
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Exposure to supply chain or logistics finance is an advantage
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain financial data in a clear and simple way
- Team player with good stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
