The Officer Development Program (ODP) – Regional Business 2026 is designed for individuals who want to grow into leadership roles within the bank. This program focuses on building strong retail banking professionals with knowledge in areas such as customer funding, lending services, retail transactions, and relationship management.
Participants will go through structured learning that includes classroom training, mentoring from experienced bankers, and practical on-the-job assignments. During the program, you will gain exposure to different areas of the retail banking business through rotations at branches, regional offices, and selected head office functions.
Through this journey, participants will develop practical banking knowledge, leadership skills, and a strong understanding of customer-focused financial services, preparing them for future roles within Bank Mandiri’s retail banking network.
Requirements
- Minimum GPA: 3.00/4.00 for Bachelor’s degree and 3.20/4.00 for Master’s degree (or equivalent).
- Maximum age at the time of selection: 25 years for Bachelor’s graduates and 27 years for Master’s graduates.
- Bachelor’s (S1) or Master’s (S2) degree in a relevant field from a recognized university, either local or international.
- Good communication skills with the ability to build strong professional relationships.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Must be single and willing to remain unmarried during the first year of the program.
- Open to relocation and ready to work in different locations across Indonesia.
- Applicants should not have immediate family members (parents or siblings) currently employed at Bank Mandiri.

Salary Package
