
Senior Technical Support Engineer – Remote
Intuition Machines builds advanced security products used by hundreds of millions of people worldwide. One of our well-known products is the hCaptcha security suite, designed to help businesses defend against bots and fraud.

What You’ll Do
- Work closely with customers to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and Security teams to identify root causes and deliver effective solutions.
- Contribute to product improvements by debugging issues, testing ideas, or creating small automation tools.
- Support customers with matters related to web security, bot protection, and fraud prevention.
- Guide and assist other support engineers while helping improve team documentation and processes.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and internal teams.
What We’re Looking For
- Around 5+ years of experience in software engineering or technical support with strong coding knowledge.
- Solid understanding of Python, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience working with large-scale systems, web security concepts, or distributed applications.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with support platforms, ticketing tools, or scripting/automation is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Grafana, SQL, ClickHouse, or Redash.
- Experience supporting enterprise customers.

Salary
- Global range: $90,000 – $120,000 per year (depending on experience).
- Kuala Lumpur estimate: MYR 12,000 – MYR 18,000 per month.
