Responsibilities

  1. Understanding customer business requirements and proposing suitable IT solutions
  2. Supporting the sales team during customer meetings and technical discussions
  3. Designing infrastructure solutions based on customer needs
  4. Preparing technical presentations, demonstrations, and proposals
  5. Coordinating with vendors and internal technical teams
  6. Assisting with RFP, RFI, and contract discussions
  7. Creating technical solution documentation and costing
  8. Helping customers understand Hybrid Cloud and SDDC environments
  9. Assisting in proof-of-concept demonstrations and enterprise deployments
  10. Providing technical support during negotiations and project discussions
  11. Working closely with account managers throughout the sales process
  12. Supporting solution customization for banking and enterprise clients
  13. Maintaining strong relationships with customers and technology vendors
  14. Responding to customer technical questionnaires

Required Skills and Experience

The company is searching for candidates who already have enterprise-level technical sales or sales engineering experience. Applicants should feel comfortable discussing virtualization, servers, cloud infrastructure, and datacenter technologies with banking clients.

  1. Around 10 years or more of sales engineering or technical pre-sales experience
