
Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility will be to assist customers with telecom solutions while ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience at every touchpoint.
You will promote and sell Etisalat business plans tailored for different clients, including individuals, companies, and government entities. Understanding customer needs is key—you’ll guide them toward the most suitable products, clearly explaining features, pricing, and benefits.
This role goes beyond just answering queries. You’ll actively look for opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services that genuinely benefit the customer. Handling concerns and complaints with patience and professionalism will be part of your daily routine.
Building trust is essential. You’ll maintain positive relationships by communicating openly, listening carefully, and resolving issues within the promised time. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and sharing feedback to improve service processes will also be part of your work.
In short, your goal is to make every customer feel heard, valued, and satisfied.
Salary
AED 2,000 – 3,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, call center, or front desk roles
Education
- Graduate preferred
