Your day begins even before passengers step onboard. From attending pre-flight briefings to ensuring you are well-prepared and informed, every detail matters. Once onboard, you welcome passengers with a smile, helping them settle in and feel comfortable. Some may be excited, some nervous—your calm and friendly presence helps set the tone for their journey.
Safety is always your top priority. You’ll guide passengers through safety procedures, stay alert throughout the flight, and be ready to act if something unexpected happens. Whether it’s providing first aid or handling a challenging situation, your training and confidence will help you manage it effectively.
At the same time, you’ll deliver attentive service—responding to passenger needs, assisting with requests, and ensuring everyone feels cared for. You may also help with onboard sales, manage transactions, and contribute to team targets.
After landing, your responsibilities continue with reporting and coordination, making sure everything is documented properly. It’s a role that demands energy, patience, and teamwork—but in return, it gives you unforgettable experiences, global exposure, and the chance to grow both professionally and personally.
Salary
- Average salary: AED 4,000 – AED 7,000 per month
- Additional flying hours allowance

Requirements
Basic Requirements:
- Minimum height: 160 cm (Female), 170 cm (Male)
- Age: 20–29 years (freshers), up to 33 (experienced)
- Weight proportionate to height
- Medically and physically fit
- No visible tattoos or marks in uniform
Education & Skills:
- Background in travel/tourism is a plus
- Minimum qualification: Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused attitude
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
Additional Expectations:
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Ability to swim with a flotation device
- Comfortable handling difficult situations calmly
- Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Willingness to work in shifts and extended hours
