Job Description
Working as a Nurse Educator is more than just a job—it’s about shaping the future of patient care through knowledge, guidance, and mentorship. At Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital in Mumbai, this role plays a key part in building confident, skilled, and compassionate nursing teams.
As a Nurse Educator, you will be closely involved in the journey of every new nurse joining the hospital. From their very first day, you help them settle in—guiding them through induction, helping them understand hospital systems, and making sure they feel supported and prepared. Whether it’s organizing training sessions, coordinating with experienced speakers, or designing practical learning modules, your work directly impacts how smoothly nurses transition into their roles.
Beyond induction, you’ll also lead ongoing education programs. These sessions focus on real-world challenges nurses face daily—like infection control, patient safety, and emergency care. Your role is to ensure learning never stops. You’ll create an environment where nurses feel comfortable asking questions, improving skills, and growing professionally.
You’ll also play an important role in life-saving training such as Basic Life Support (BLS), ensuring every nurse is confident in handling emergencies. From conducting assessments to providing feedback, your focus remains on continuous improvement.
At its heart, this role is about people. You’ll mentor, guide, and motivate nursing staff, helping them overcome challenges and build confidence. Your support can make a real difference—not just in a nurse’s career, but in the lives of patients they care for every day.
