Salary
The salary for a Government Affairs Manager at Apple Inc. in Indonesia typically ranges between:
IDR 35,000,000 – IDR 70,000,000 per month (approximate)

Requirements
To succeed in this role, experience matters—but mindset matters just as much:
- 6–8 years of experience in government affairs, public policy, or related fields
- Experience working with government agencies, regulators, or industry bodies
- Strong understanding of Indonesia’s policy-making and regulatory environment
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to simplify complex issues and communicate them clearly
- Bachelor’s degree in public policy, law, economics, political science, or similar
- Self-driven, responsible, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in fast-moving and sometimes high-pressure situations
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Preferred:
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in the technology sector
- Ability to build partnerships and coalitions across industries
