As an Assistant Manager in User Growth, you won’t just track numbers—you’ll shape how customers experience grocery shopping on the platform.
Your day-to-day work will involve collaborating closely with teams across Growth, Category, Product, and Supply Chain. The goal is simple but powerful: bring in more users, keep them engaged, and ensure they keep coming back. You’ll identify gaps in the customer journey, understand what’s stopping users from converting, and design practical solutions that actually move the needle.
This role requires a balance of thinking and doing. One moment you might be analyzing why orders dipped in a specific region, and the next, you could be rolling out an experiment to improve conversions. You’ll define key metrics like daily active users (DAU), conversion rates, and order growth—and take full ownership of achieving them.
Expect ambiguity—things won’t always be clearly defined. But that’s where your problem-solving mindset comes in. You’ll break down complex challenges, find root causes, and turn insights into action. Regular coordination with stakeholders ensures everyone is aligned, while your communication helps drive quick and effective decisions.

Salary
- ₹12 LPA – ₹22 LPA (depending on experience & performance)

Requirements
- 2–5 years experience in e-commerce or growth roles
- Master’s degree in Management (preferred)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle ambiguity and fast-changing priorities
- Good communication & stakeholder management skills
- Program/project management experience
- Data-driven mindset (metrics like DAU, conversion, orders)
